Privacy policy

What stays on your device, what our service providers process, and how to manage your choices.

Who this policy covers

This policy covers the Lanelift mobile game and these support pages. “We” means EUGEN ANDREI RAD, the publisher of Lanelift. For privacy questions, contact .

You can play without creating a Lanelift account. Game progress is stored on your device. Advertising, purchasing and support involve information processed by us or by service providers, as described below.

Information on your device

The game saves your best score, cosmetic goals, unlocked and selected car colors, any unused cosmetic trial, sound and haptic preferences, control order, selected age band and a local record of verified purchases. These records let the game remember your choices between sessions. The game does not upload your scores, cosmetic progress or control preferences to a developer-operated server.

Lanelift has no player accounts, chat, user uploads or app-managed cloud saves. Deleting the app’s local data can remove progress and settings. Your operating system’s backup settings may preserve or restore some app data. Deleting local data does not cancel a store purchase; an eligible purchase can be restored through the original store account.

Advertisements and privacy choices

Lanelift uses Google AdMob for a banner in a reserved area, optional rewarded ads and occasional ads between runs. All ad requests ask for non-personalized ads with a maximum G ad-content rating. Publisher first-party ID is disabled, and the game does not initialize advertising mediation.

Your selected age band determines the protection signals sent to the advertising services. Players under 16, and players who prefer not to provide an age band, receive child age treatment and can be offered banners only. Players aged 16–17 receive teen age treatment. Players aged 18 or older use the provider’s standard adult setting. Full-screen and rewarded ads are offered only to eligible players aged 16 or older, subject to privacy choices and ad availability. The selected age range is saved locally; the game sends the corresponding protection settings to the advertising services.

Google’s advertising services may process IP addresses and approximate location, app context, permitted device or account identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. The applicable age and privacy settings restrict some collection and uses. Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing.

Before requesting ads, the game checks the provider’s privacy-message service. It marks under-16 and unknown-age players as under the age of consent; eligible older players receive the privacy messages required by the provider. Ad Privacy Choices appears in the game when the provider requires it. The game does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission.

Remove Ads stops banners and automatic interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available to eligible older players who choose to watch one for a continue or a one-run cosmetic paint. The reward is explained before the ad and is granted only when the ad provider reports it earned. Buying Remove Ads does not delete records already held by advertising providers.

Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Purchases and restoration

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, where available. The store displays the local price and handles payment. We do not receive your full payment-card number or your store password.

For players under 18 or of unknown age, a parental access check protects the shop, purchases and restoration. Purchase services initialize when the shop or a purchase or restoration flow is opened. The game uses store product IDs, transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, receipt or signed transaction information, and ownership status to verify, restore and reconcile Remove Ads. A refund, revocation or change of store account can affect the entitlement. A local purchase cache retains verified ownership between successful store checks; ownership changes are checked when the store service is active.

The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing with its runtime analytics disabled. It does not initialize Unity Gaming Services or include a separate gameplay-analytics service. Apple and Google process the store data needed for billing, ownership checks and restoration.

Optional rewarded paints do not require a purchase. An earned, unused paint trial is stored on the device until used. It changes appearance for one run and does not unlock a permanent paint or affect the car’s handling.

See App Store & Privacy, Google’s Privacy Policy and Unity IAP’s privacy information.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, investigate a problem or handle a privacy concern. Email and store-support providers may also process the request.

Please send only what is needed. Device model, operating-system version, app version and a description of the problem are usually helpful. Do not send passwords, full card details or unredacted financial documents.

Storage, security and service providers

Local progress remains in app storage until it is replaced or deleted. Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of support information. Apple, Google and the website host apply their own retention practices to records they control; removing the app does not automatically erase those records.

Providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy notices describe their locations, safeguards and rights processes. The game uses the stores’ and SDKs’ supported security mechanisms, but no device or service can be guaranteed completely secure.

The purposes of processing described here are to provide game and purchase features, deliver and measure ads under the selected protections, manage privacy choices, respond to support requests, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. Contact us with questions about information held for your request.

Your choices and requests

  • Use Ad Privacy Choices in the game’s Remove Ads screen, when available, to review advertising choices.
  • Use your device settings to manage advertising identifiers and app storage.
  • Use the original store account and Restore Purchases to recover eligible Remove Ads ownership.
  • Email to ask about information held for a support request, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Depending on your location, additional rights may apply. We may ask for information needed to identify the relevant records. We cannot directly delete records independently controlled by Apple, Google or the website host; we can direct you to their request processes. There is no Lanelift account to close.

Children, parents and guardians

Lanelift’s intended audience includes children under 13 and older players. The game asks for a neutral age band to apply age-appropriate features. It does not ask for a date of birth. The age-band selection stays on the device, and the app sends corresponding protection settings to the advertising services as described above. Under-16 and unknown-age players receive child age treatment and are not offered full-screen or rewarded ads.

For players under 18 or of unknown age, a parental access check protects the shop, purchases, restoration and links that leave the game. This check is an access safeguard; it is not verified parental consent for collecting children’s personal information.

Parents or guardians can email us about a child’s privacy, request help with relevant data or report an unexpected purchase or inappropriate ad. Store parental controls can also restrict purchases. Please avoid sending a child’s personal information unless necessary to resolve the concern.
