Updated 4 October 2026 · Jelly Merge for Android and iOS
Jelly Merge is provided by Eugen-Andrei Rad, publishing as Andrei Rad, in Romania. For privacy questions or requests, email andrei@age-one.com.
Your game stays on your device
Jelly Merge stores game progress, scores, discoveries, settings, cosmetic unlocks and saved rounds locally. Saved rounds include the board and the information needed to continue playing. We do not operate separate game accounts, cloud saves or a game-data backend. An optional one-time Remove Ads purchase removes automatic ads, including banners and automatic full-screen ads, and unlocks the Starlight cosmetic. Optional rewarded videos remain available when you choose them.
The app does not upload your saved board, campaign progress or wallet. Your operating system may include local app data in device backups according to its settings. Clearing app data or removing the app can remove this progress; operating-system backups are controlled separately.
Online leaderboards
In versions with Top scores, Jelly Merge can connect to Google Play Games on Android or Apple's Game Center on iOS. When you are signed in, your Endless best score is sent to that service and a higher best score from the same account can be restored. Offline records sync when connected. Your gaming profile name, avatar and score may be visible to other players under the provider's profile and leaderboard settings.
Jelly Merge uses your game-specific player identifier in memory to associate score requests. It does not request your friends list, account password or email address. The services do not synchronize saved boards, campaign levels, diamonds, purchases or Daily records. Apple and Google have separate leaderboards. You can keep playing without signing in; manage your gaming account and sharing choices through the platform's settings.
Google Play Games also processes service analytics and diagnostics. Apple and Google manage information held by their gaming services, including its retention and available controls. Removing local app data does not remove your online score. Read Game Center & Privacy and Google Play Games data practices for more information.
Age choice, automatic ads and optional videos
The app may ask for an age band before offering advertising. It stores only the selected band locally, not a date of birth. You can choose not to answer. For anyone under 18, anyone who prefers not to say and anyone who has not answered, the app does not contact Google advertising or consent services.
If you select 18 or older, the app uses Google AdMob and Google's consent service to manage privacy choices and, when permitted, request ads. A bottom banner may appear in menus, paused screens and results; it is hidden during active gameplay. An automatic full-screen ad may appear after an eligible lost round, subject to frequency limits, and is excluded from tutorial levels 1–19. Remove Ads disables these automatic placements. You can separately choose rewarded videos for diamonds, energy, a second chance or the Starlight cosmetic, subject to the offer's limits. Rewarded videos remain optional for everyone, including Remove Ads owners, and the reward requires completing the video. Daily Challenge does not offer energy or second-chance video rewards. Starlight is also available through gameplay.
Information used by Google's advertising services
When those services are used, Google may process your IP address and approximate location derived from it; ad and app interactions such as taps and video views; diagnostic and performance information; and device or advertising identifiers, subject to platform permissions and your choices. This information supports ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Google and its advertising partners may receive it.
Non-personalized ads can still use data and identifiers for purposes such as measurement and fraud prevention. They do not mean that no information leaves your device. Read the Google Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information for its processing, retention and controls.
Where consent is required, the app asks through Google's consent form before requesting ads. Privacy choices are accessible from Skins or Settings when required or available for your region and consent state. Your device also provides advertising privacy controls. Withdrawing consent affects future processing; it does not undo processing that has already occurred.
Optional purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments using your store account. Jelly Merge does not receive your card number or payment details and does not send purchase receipts to a developer-operated server. The app uses native store purchase records to verify and restore the permanent Remove Ads entitlement, and stores its entitlement locally so it works offline. No Unity Analytics, Unity Authentication or external checkout is used for this purchase.
Restore purchases is available in the app for the same store account. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google accounts. Store purchase records, parental purchase controls and refund requests are managed by the relevant store under the Apple Privacy Policy or Google Privacy Policy. An active Remove Ads entitlement prevents new automatic-ad requests. If you choose an optional rewarded video, the app can still request and show that video. The purchase does not erase information previously processed by an advertising provider.
If you contact support
We receive the email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer you, investigate the reported issue and keep necessary support correspondence. This relies on our legitimate interest in supporting the game and responding to requests. Email delivery and storage involve the email providers used by you and the developer. The app does not send messages or diagnostic attachments automatically.
This website
This site has no analytics scripts, advertising, embedded social widgets or cookies set by us. Images and fonts are hosted with the site. GitHub Pages hosts it and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the service. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. Following an external link takes you to that provider's service and privacy practices.
Keeping and deleting Jelly Merge information
To delete Jelly Merge's online Google Play Games records, open your Play Games profile, open Your Data and the account/data deletion controls, then choose Jelly Merge under the individual-game deletion option. This removes the game's Play Games records, including its online score; it does not remove your local saved progress or your Google Play purchase records. Follow Google's current deletion instructions. Google manages deletion processing and retention under its policies; Play History has separate controls. Disable automatic Play Games sign-in for Jelly Merge if you do not want your local best score to sync again. Game Center information and sharing controls are managed through Apple's settings and Game Center privacy information.
Local progress remains on your device until it is replaced or removed. Clearing Jelly Merge's app data or removing the app deletes its local progress, saved rounds, settings and unlocks; operating-system backups are managed separately. Online scores and store purchase records are separate from this local data. We do not keep a separate developer-server copy of your gameplay or leaderboard records. We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to address the request and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete information no longer needed. Apple, Google, GitHub and email providers manage their own retention and may process information in countries outside yours, including outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards described in their policies.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information we hold, or object to processing. Contact the email above. We cannot access or delete local game data on your behalf, and provider-held data may require a request to that provider. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, including Romania's ANSPDCP.
Children and changes to this policy
We do not ask children to provide personal details or use advertising or consent services for age bands below 18. Parents or guardians can contact us if a child has sent personal information by email so we can address it. If the game's data practices change, this page will be updated with a new date and any additional notice or consent required.
