Who we are
Bloom Grid is published by Eugen Andrei Rad, Romania (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Bloom Grid mobile game and its official support website. For privacy questions or requests, email rovideotuts@gmail.com.
We are responsible for the personal data we handle for the game and support. Apple, Google, Unity, and the website host also process data through their own services under their policies. Which services operate depends on your platform, app version, choices, and feature availability.
You do not need a Bloom Grid account to play. The game saves progress locally. It does not provide a publisher-operated cloud save or account system.
Your game progress
The game stores information on your device so it can resume a round and remember your progress. This includes boards and pieces, scores, challenge stars, experience and ranks, objectives, unlocked themes, settings, and tutorial progress.
It also keeps local service state where needed: consent choices, ad and reward limits, purchase-entitlement records, and pending leaderboard submissions associated with the relevant platform player. Local diagnostic records may help the game recover from errors. We do not operate a separate gameplay analytics server or upload your full board history to a publisher server.
Your operating system may include app data in a device backup, depending on its settings. This is different from a Bloom Grid cloud-save feature; we do not promise progress transfer between devices or platforms.
Connected services
Advertising and consent
When advertising is enabled, Bloom Grid uses Unity LevelPlay mediation and Unity Ads. These providers may process IP addresses, device and app information, advertising or other device identifiers when permitted, ad views and interactions, reward events, diagnostics, and approximate location derived from IP. Processing depends on configuration, your choices, and platform rules. It supports ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, personalization.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages privacy messages and consent choices where applicable. The Google Mobile Ads package is used for this consent feature; it is not a separate Google ad-serving route in the current game.
Use Privacy options in the game’s settings when available to review your choices. You can also use your device’s advertising and tracking controls. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all technical processing or contextual ads. Test builds may show test advertising, which can still involve provider network requests.
See Unity’s game-player privacy policy, Unity’s player privacy controls, and Google’s privacy policy.
Optional leaderboards
If you connect leaderboards, Bloom Grid uses Apple Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android. The game uses your platform player identifier and display name to associate eligible Flow or Classic scores with your player. The platform may show your profile, nickname, avatar, and scores according to its settings.
Signing in is optional. The current game does not request your friends list or email address for leaderboards. Local records from older or unconnected rounds are not automatically uploaded. Manage your gaming profile and visibility through Apple or Google.
See Apple Games and Game Center privacy and Google’s privacy policy.
Purchases, when available
Optional non-consumable purchases, such as Remove Ads or a premium theme, are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The game receives product, transaction, and verification information needed to check, grant, and restore purchases, and stores entitlement information locally. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP) connects the game to these stores and sends commerce events to Unity. Depending on the platform and available data, these events can include product and transaction details, store receipts or signed purchase information, installation and session identifiers, available device identifiers, device and app details, country information, and technical or diagnostic data. Processing supports purchasing functionality, commerce analytics, security, and service reliability.
Unity handles relevant IAP data on our behalf and may also process certain transaction records for its own security, legal, or financial-record purposes. See Unity’s IAP privacy disclosures and Unity’s player privacy policy.
Purchase availability and pricing are shown in the game and by your store. Some test or regional builds may not offer purchases. Store account, payment, refund, and purchase-history processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy or Google’s privacy policy.
Support and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond and investigate your request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other information that is not needed to explain the issue.
This website is static. We do not add analytics, advertising scripts, tracking cookies, forms, or externally loaded fonts. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect its service. See GitHub’s privacy statement. External links and your email service have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and rights
Where data-protection law applies, we process data as needed to provide requested game features and support, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as security and troubleshooting. Where consent is required for advertising or tracking, that processing depends on consent. You may withdraw consent through the available privacy controls; this does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to restrict or object to its use. You may also have rights relating to targeted advertising or disclosures treated as “sharing” under local law. Use in-game privacy options, device controls, and the providers’ privacy tools where applicable.
For an access or deletion request about information under our control, contact rovideotuts@gmail.com. Include the game name, your platform, and enough information to locate your record. We may need to verify your request, but will not ask for your account password.
For Unity IAP data processed on our behalf, we can send a validated request to Unity. Where Unity handles data independently, use the request route in its IAP privacy disclosures. We cannot directly access or delete all data held by Apple, Google, Unity, or your device; their account and privacy tools may still be needed.
You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. In Romania, this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
Storage, retention, and transfers
Local game records remain on your device until they are replaced, reset, or removed. Clearing app data or uninstalling normally removes local data, but operating-system backups and platform records may remain. Deleting local progress does not cancel a purchase or delete a platform leaderboard record.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request and relevant follow-up, security, or legal requirements. Service providers set their own retention periods, described in their policies.
Our service providers may process information outside Romania or the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices explain the locations and safeguards that apply. We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children and policy updates
Bloom Grid is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. Applicable age, parental-consent, and store-account requirements still apply. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can review the situation.
We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
