Delete your Head Slap online account

Head Slap is published by Eugen Andrei Rad, Romania. Use the game's account-deletion controls or email rovideotuts@gmail.com to request deletion of online game data. You do not need to uninstall the app to make a request.

Delete from the game

  • Open PRIVACY & SUPPORT from Home or pause.
  • Choose DELETE ONLINE ACCOUNT, read the permanent-deletion confirmation, then choose DELETE PERMANENTLY if you want to proceed. You can choose CANCEL before confirming.
  • The app saves the request and pauses online play while it is processed. Your solo progress stays on this device.
  • If the request is pending, use CHECK DELETION STATUS when connected. An offline connection or error does not mean deletion has completed.
  • The app reports Online account deleted only after the game-data checks and online identity deletion have completed. Creating another online identity afterwards requires a separate, explicit CREATE NEW ONLINE ACCOUNT action.

If your installed version does not have these controls, or you cannot open the app, use the email route below.

What online deletion covers

The request addresses the anonymous Unity player identity, game-owned result ledgers and ranking records associated with that identity. Shared duel records containing the identity are handled without removing the other player's ranking totals. Some leaderboard archives or provider records can require additional provider action; the request can remain pending while that work is needed.

We keep a private operational record containing your Player ID, request reference and cleanup status while fulfilling and verifying the request. The Player ID remains in this record until the publisher confirms that the Unity Authentication identity has been removed. The app can report Online account deleted before this administrative confirmation; that message does not mean the Player ID has already been removed from the operational record.

After the publisher's confirmation, the raw Player ID is removed from that record. A minimal record with the request reference, a hashed account marker, timestamps and cleanup status may remain to stop delayed match submissions from recreating deleted game data. It does not act as a public player profile. Provider security logs and backups have their own retention rules, so a completed game account deletion is not a promise that every provider log has immediately disappeared.

Unity Diagnostics and the included IAP component also process technical information. Deleting the online account does not automatically erase those separate records. Use the email route below to request their deletion. Diagnostics requests can require the installation ID, a different identifier from the online Player ID. We explain the information needed and arrange the applicable publisher request through Unity's Dashboard or support. Unity documents 90-day default Diagnostics retention and 90-day IAP service-log retention; this is separate from Lobby/Relay retention and is not a promise that every record is erased after 90 days. See the privacy policy for details.

Advertising and privacy-message records

Online account deletion also does not automatically erase records processed by LevelPlay/ironSource, Ad Quality or Google User Messaging Platform. A game Player ID can differ from the identifiers used for advertising or privacy messaging. To request access or deletion of those records, email us and say that your request concerns advertising or privacy-message data. We explain what information is needed and which provider process applies. Provider security, attribution and other retained records follow their applicable policies; there is no single deletion deadline stated here for all advertising records.

You can review available future-processing choices through PRIVACY OPTIONS in the game's pause menu or shop and through device advertising/tracking settings. Changing a choice is separate from deleting existing records. Unity's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy describe their own privacy-request and contact routes.

Request deletion by email

  • Say that your request concerns Head Slap and that you want your game data deleted.
  • Include your platform, Android or iOS, and the app version if you know it.
  • Include the Player ID shown in the game's Support screen, if available. If your version does not show an ID or you cannot access the app, say so and describe the situation.
  • Tell us whether your request concerns online game data, advertising/privacy-message records, support correspondence, or more than one of these.
  • If a deletion request is already pending, include any request reference shown by the app.

Do not send a password, authentication token, payment-card details or a full purchase receipt. A nickname alone may not be enough to locate the correct online records. If possible, copy your Player ID before uninstalling or clearing app data, because anonymous account credentials can be lost.

How email requests are handled

We review the email and the information needed to identify the relevant records. We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request. We then explain which Head Slap records we can address, which actions require coordination with a service provider, and any records that need to be retained for security or legal reasons.

We reply by email about progress, completed actions and any remaining steps or limitations. Sending an email does not itself erase data. Additional verification or provider action may be needed; we explain those steps rather than reporting success before the requested work is complete. This route also covers support messages and attachments you previously sent to the publisher.

Local data and backups

Online account deletion does not reset your solo save. Local progress, settings and their backups are stored on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove those local files and may remove access to the anonymous identity; recovery is not guaranteed. Device or store backups may retain copies under their own settings.

Removing local files does not automatically erase online rankings, a Unity identity, provider logs, store history or previous support emails. See the Privacy policy for the current data flows and retention limits.
