Common questions

How do I jump, fly and change lanes?

Swipe left or right to change lane. Swipe up to jump, then make another upward action while airborne to start flying. Swipe down to descend. You can also use the on-screen arrows, JUMP and FLY / LAND buttons, or double tap to toggle flight.

Flight uses energy. Collect energy cells to refill it. Open Controls to rearrange the on-screen buttons and choose your haptic setting.

How do coins and car unlocks work?

Collect coins during a run, then open Garage from the menu. You begin with Pebble and can unlock seven more cars with earned coins.

The arrows preview a model without spending coins. The Unlock button shows the coin price and stays unavailable until your balance is enough. Unlocking equips the car; you can select an owned car again at any time from the menu. All cars share the same handling.

Coin car unlocks do not use real-money billing or an ad. The separate Remove Ads screen handles the optional store purchase.

Will my coins and vehicles move to a new device?

Your wallet, car collection, finishes and best score are stored locally. Glidori has no player account or app-managed cloud sync. Removing the app or clearing its storage can erase that progress; an operating-system backup may preserve some data.

Restore Purchases recovers eligible Remove Ads ownership, not earned coins or coin-unlocked cars. If progress looks wrong, contact us before clearing the app’s data. We cannot promise recovery of a deleted local save.

What does Remove Ads remove?

Remove Ads is an optional one-time, non-consumable store purchase where available. It stops banners and automatic interstitial ads. Eligible players can still choose an optional rewarded ad for a continue or a one-run finish.

If iOS ads are already off because of your age choice or Apple’s tracking permission, you do not need a new Remove Ads purchase. Existing owners can still restore eligible ownership where the store is available. Restoration does not turn ads on or grant tracking permission.

The store shows the actual local price before payment. The core game and every car remain free to play or unlock with earned coins; buying Remove Ads does not change handling, your coin wallet or earned-vehicle ownership.

How do I restore a Remove Ads purchase?
  1. Use the same App Store or Google Play account that made your Glidori purchase.
  2. Open Glidori’s Remove Ads screen. Complete the adult-area check if it appears.
  3. Choose Restore Purchases and let the store check finish.

Existing owners can use restoration even when iOS advertising is off, where the store service is available. An internet connection and the original store account may be needed. If the store is unavailable, try again later. Email us if a completed Glidori purchase is still missing; include the platform and a redacted receipt or order reference.

Restoration does not enable tracking or recover earned coins and coin-unlocked cars.

An ad or optional reward is unavailable. What should I do?

On iPhone and iPad, ads are available only for eligible age-16-or-older choices after Google’s privacy checks and authorized Apple tracking permission. If you decline, the system restricts permission or you prefer not to give an age range, ads stay off. Under-16 choices receive no iOS ads. You can still play the full core game and earn coins for every car.

On Android, under-16 and unknown-age choices may receive banners only. Eligible older players may still see “Ad unavailable” because of privacy choices, connectivity or the provider’s ad supply.

You do not need to consent to tracking or buy Remove Ads to continue playing. Optional rewarded continues and one-run finishes need an available ad and can be skipped. A reward is granted only after the provider reports that it was earned; dismissal, failure or no ad does not grant a new reward. An earned, unused finish trial stays on your device until used for one run.

Where can I change advertising privacy choices?

When required by the provider, Ad Privacy Choices appears inside the Remove Ads screen. An adult-area check can appear before opening it. Google’s privacy-message service can process non-tracking privacy information even when the advertising SDK is off.

On iPhone and iPad, Apple’s tracking permission is separate from Google’s privacy choices. You can review it in the device’s tracking settings. With permission denied, restricted or not granted, Glidori’s ad placements stay off. Withdrawing it does not remove owned cars, coins or access to the core game.

Read the privacy policy for the platform-specific data use, including authorized iOS cross-app advertising measurement despite non-personalized ad requests. You can email us with a privacy question even if you cannot access a setting in the game.

Why is there an adult-area check?

For under-18 or unknown-age choices, the game protects the shop, purchase restoration and external links with a calculation. Ask an adult to complete it. The check is a screen lock, rather than verified parental consent for data collection.

Your device’s store parental controls can add separate purchase restrictions.

The game is freezing or not responding.

Close and reopen the app, check for an available app update and restart the device if the problem continues. Avoid uninstalling or clearing storage while investigating, because progress is local.

Tell us whether it happens at launch, during a run, in the garage or after an ad. Include your device, operating system and app version.

I have a question about a store charge or refund.

Contact us with the platform and a redacted purchase reference. You can also use Apple’s purchase-refund support or Google Play’s refund guidance. Eligibility and the store’s process depend on the purchase and your region.

Never email your store password or full payment-card information.
